Well, the book went to the printer on November 14th and the first copies have already made it back. The book should be shipping from Amazon around December 5th and should start showing up in stores shortly thereafter.
In the mean time we are busy updating this site with source code, images, and all the other content required to effectively use our book. Keep checking back for updates!
